1. General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bdb9 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the bdb9 website, mobile interface, games, sports betting markets, payment services, and any other features or content made available through the platform.

By accessing bdb9, registering an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing a wager of any kind, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately.

bdb9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The date displayed at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

1.1 Supplementary Policies

These Terms should be read alongside the following supplementary documents, all of which form part of your agreement with bdb9:

• Bonus & Promotion Terms — published individually for each active promotion and incorporated into these Terms by reference.
• Game-Specific Rules — published within each game interface and incorporated into these Terms by reference.

1.2 Governing Language

All communications between bdb9 and registered players, including account notifications, bonus offers, support exchanges, and legal notices, will be conducted in English. bdb9 does not guarantee the accuracy of any automated or third-party translations of platform content.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain a bdb9 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent for any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from bdb9 or any affiliated platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or affiliate of bdb9 or any of its technology or payment partners.
• You are not using the platform in any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not self-excluded from the platform under our Responsible Gaming framework and subsequently attempted to re-register before the exclusion period has elapsed.

2.1 Age Verification

bdb9 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point during a player's account lifecycle — at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or at any time our compliance team deems it necessary. Acceptable identity documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority. Accounts that fail to pass age verification will be suspended and any funds held will be managed in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

2.2 Responsibility of the Account Holder

It is the sole responsibility of the player to ensure that their use of bdb9 complies with all laws and regulations applicable in their location. bdb9 makes no representations regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction and accepts no liability for any player who accesses the platform in breach of local law.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access real-money betting and gaming features on bdb9, you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and preferred payment method. Providing false or misleading information at registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active bdb9 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, bdb9 reserves the right to merge them, close all but one, void any bonuses claimed across the duplicates, and retain any winnings derived from such activity pending investigation.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bdb9 login credentials, including your password and any one-time passcodes (OTPs) delivered to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party. bdb9 will never ask you for your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact our support team immediately via live chat so that your account can be secured.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)

bdb9 operates a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process to confirm the identity of account holders, prevent fraud, and protect the integrity of the platform. You may be asked to submit a copy of your NID or passport, a recent mobile wallet statement, or a selfie alongside your identity document. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified may result in temporary withdrawal restrictions or account suspension until verification is complete.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on bdb9 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bdb9 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and direct bank transfer to accounts held with Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other major Bangladeshi financial institutions.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
• Deposits are credited to your bdb9 account balance in real time for mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay).
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes to reflect depending on your bank's processing schedule.
• bdb9 does not charge any processing fee on deposits. However, your mobile wallet or bank provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be refunded.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used for a deposit on your account.
• Most bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes of approval.
• Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days.
• Withdrawals may be subject to a review period if your account has not completed KYC verification or if unusual account activity has been flagged.
• bdb9 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large withdrawal requests to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.

4.3 Currency & Exchange

bdb9 operates exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No foreign currency deposits are accepted. Any currency conversion required on the player's side prior to depositing is the sole responsibility of the player, and any associated exchange costs will be borne by the player.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

bdb9 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. These may include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL season, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

5.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are credited in the form of bonus balance, which must be wagered a specified number of times before a withdrawal of associated winnings can be requested.
• The wagering requirement, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry period for each bonus will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion's terms at the time of claiming.
• Only one bonus may be active at any time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside the wagering process.
• bdb9 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time where there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of a system error.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using automated tools to complete wagering requirements, placing offsetting bets to artificially fulfil wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures — is strictly prohibited. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be closed immediately, all bonus balances will be forfeited, and any withdrawals pending at the time of closure will be withheld pending a full review.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

bdb9 offers sports betting, live casino games, slots, and instant games. The rules governing each product category are published within the relevant section of the platform and form part of these Terms. The following general rules apply across all product types.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets and wagers placed on bdb9 are subject to acceptance by the platform. bdb9 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed on an event that has already concluded, where a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds being displayed, or where the bet exceeds the applicable stake limit for the relevant market.

6.2 Errors & Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software fault that results in an incorrect game outcome, incorrect odds display, or erroneous credit to a player's account, bdb9 reserves the right to void the relevant transactions and restore the account balance to its state prior to the error. No player has the right to retain winnings that arose directly from a technical malfunction. Where a malfunction is detected after a withdrawal has been processed, bdb9 reserves the right to deduct the corresponding amount from the player's account balance or initiate recovery proceedings.

6.3 Live Betting

Live in-play betting markets — including ball-by-ball cricket betting on BPL, T20, and IPL fixtures — are subject to real-time suspension and settlement. bdb9 does not guarantee the continuous availability of live markets during any specific event. Connection delays between the player's device and the bdb9 servers are the responsibility of the player; bets accepted during such delays will be settled at the odds available at the time of server-side acceptance, not at the odds visible on the player's screen at the time of submission.

7. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered bdb9 player, you agree to use the platform solely for its intended purpose of legal, personal, adult entertainment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at any stage of the account lifecycle.
• Attempting to access the platform using VPN, proxy, or anonymisation software to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software tool to interact with the platform in a manner that is not consistent with normal human gameplay.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or network conditions to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the platform.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing bdb9 support staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Colluding with other players on live dealer table games, poker, or any other multiplayer format.
• Reverse-engineering, copying, or reproducing any part of the bdb9 platform, its source code, or its game content.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your bdb9 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Before closure is processed, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus balance) will be refunded to your registered payment method, provided that all wagering requirements associated with active bonuses have been met or the bonus balance has been voided. Account closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours of submission.

8.2 Platform-Initiated Closure

bdb9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion where:

• A breach of these Terms has been identified or is reasonably suspected.
• The account holder is found to be under the age of 18.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion has been identified or is under investigation.
• The account has been dormant (no login or transaction) for a continuous period of 12 months.
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted under our Responsible Gaming framework.
• Regulatory or compliance obligations require bdb9 to restrict access to a specific player or group of players.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity. bdb9 will make reasonable attempts to contact the account holder at their registered mobile number before applying any dormancy procedures. Dormant accounts may be subject to an inactivity fee of ৳50 per month after the initial 12-month period, applied against any remaining real-money balance. Bonus balances are forfeited at the point of dormancy classification.

8.4 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdb9 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or any other form of financial or non-financial loss. bdb9's total liability to any individual player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
